Originally from Lyon, I had the chance to live 10 years in Canada, an experience that transformed my life and opened me up to the world. After more than 15 years in the field of Tech around Consulting, Strategy, Market share growth, I had the opportunity to work various types of companies: from startups, SMEs, to very large firms. With an MBA from HEC Montréal, I have develop a thirst for learning and developing new skills. Curiosity has always been part of my DNA. I am a lover of meeting others and discovery. These different experiences pushed me to listen to my real passion: others, self-growth, guiding and supporting others.

I am a certified coach from the famous Erickson Coaching School, my approach to coaching is a solution-focused, a positive thinking vision in order to support my clients in moving forward their goal, their well-being, their best version of themself. Also trained in Mental Fitness and NLP, I strongly believe in combining approaches to enable personal growth and better self-knowledge.
